How do I graph absolute value equations

Absolute value is very simple. They are always positive, so if you see |-2|, you make it positive, so |-2|=2. The absolute value is a numbers distance from zero. So -2 is 2 units away from zero.

|x| means the absolute value of x.

|x| is always positive.

it would be like a line, but goes up both ways instead of going down on the left side
