okay, with a slope of 2 given, you can eliminate A and B.

what you do is multiply the x by the slope.

x is 9, slope is 2. 9 x 2 = 18.

then you try to find intercept by seeing what needs to be added or subtracted to get -2.

18+b=-2

subtract 18 on both sides

18-18+b=-2-18

0+b=-20

b=-20

this makes y=2x-20
