Labor Union A labor union is an organized association of workers who unite into a union in order represent the collective views collective bargaining of the workers to the management of the business or industry, to negotiate with the owners of that business or industry for wages, hours of work, working conditions, and other items that may be of importance to the workers and the owners, such as medical insurance and pensions.
