Macro nutrients :
Macro nutrients are the type of nutrients which are required in large quantities by human body . The macro nutrients are also consist of Carbohydrates, fats , proteins and water . The macro nutrients are also known as

principles
as they maintain the bulk of the diet.
Micro nutrients :
These are nutrients which are required in small quantity by human body. The micro nutrients consist of vitamins and minerals. The main function of these nutrients is to enable various chemical reactions in the body.

Macro Nutrients are nutrients that are required in huge amounts by our body for growth, energy and other functions.
Micro Nutrients are the vitamins and minerals required by your body.
