m value = rise/run (rise over run) (y/x)

find the next point that the graph intersects at and count add to it to find 30.

the closest point is at (-1,10)

go back to rise/run

30-10 = 20

0-(-1) = 1

20/1 =20 is your m value

plug m value and b value into equation to form your line.
