The formula to convert y radians to x degrees:

x^o=(180^o y)/(\pi)

We have:

y=-(19\pi)/(6)

substitute:

y=(-(19\pi)/(6)\cdot180^o)/(\pi)=-(19)/(6)\cdot180^o=-19\cdot30=-570^o

Answer: A. -570°
