Sanskrit also known as Dev vani or Devbhasha is one of the worlds oldest languages. Sanskrit is also often called the mother of all languages. It’s translation in English literally means language of the gods. It is said to have been spoken by the Indo Europeans or Indo Aryans which who are originated from the Indian subcontinent. The prominently used in Hinduism Sanskrit also has a heavy influence in Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism. Not much is truly known about the Indo Aryans but they did move from central Asia to south Asia and spoke many diverse languages.
