It is given in the question that

Surface area of a sphere is 900 pi square feet .

And the formula of surface area of sphere is

Area = 4 \pi r^2

Substituting the given value of area, we will get

900 \pi = 4 \pi r^2 \\ r^2 = (900)/(4) \\ r = (30)/(2) = 15 ft

And the formula of volume of sphere is

V = (4)/(3) \pi r^3

Substituting the value of r, we will get

V = (4)/(3) \pi (15)^3 = 4500 \pi ft^3

And that's the required volume .
