Angular resolution is given by:
Ф = 1.22(y/D) radians
Where y = wavelength, D = Aperture diameter
Substituting for the values given in the current scenario;
Ф = 1.22*(4.80*10^-7)/2.40 = 2.44*10^-7 Radians

Use the formula to calculate the expected angular resolution (α) for each telescope for visible light at a wavelength (λ) of 550 nm (1 nanometer = 1 x 10-9 meters). a) α = λ/D b) α = D/λ c) α = 550 nm
