transparency
A transparency is a clear sheet of plastic on which you can write and draw content to display using an overhead projector. This transparency can go through the printer so that a copy of student work or worksheet can be made. Then the teacher can write on it using a marker specially designed to easily wipe off the plastic. This then allows the transparency to be used multiple times. The image of the transparency is transferred through light and mirrors found in the overhead projector.
