we know that
in the right triangle FGH
cos H=adjacent side angle H/hypotenuse
adjacent side angle H=g
hypotenuse=f
so
cos H=g/f
sec H=1/cos H
sec H=1/(g/f)-----> sec H=f/g

the answer is
sec H=f/g
