(3x^(2)+3x )/(6x^(2)-6x) simplifies to
(3x(x+1))/(6x(x-1)) which simplifies again to
(x+1)/(2(x-1))

Now we simplify the second part.

(x² - 1) simplifies to (x + 1)(x - 1)

Multiply the two parts together and simplify. You get:

((x+1)^(2) )/(2) or ((x+1)(x+1))/(2)
