r1=10/1
r1=10

C-C1=r(P-P1)
C-45=10(P-1)
C-45=10P-10
C-45+45=10P-10+45
C=10P+35

Initial Value:
P=0→C(0)=10P+35=10(0)+35=0+35→C(0)=35

Tour 2:
Rate of change: r2=(C2-C1)/(P2-P1)
r2=(65-50)/(2-1)
r2=15/1
r2=15

Initial Value: C(0)=35
