is that x^2
because if it is
you have to multiply the 1 to the 9(a times c)
and you should get -9 then factor out -9 into 1,9 2 and nothing 3,3 the make the nine negative and the 1 positive add and youll get -8.
make groups (x-9) (x+1) <------ groups next make em equal to 0
x-9=0 x+1=0 simplify and choose the right answer there will be two answers but if one is a option choose the one the is a option.
