if 30 60 90 right triangle then ratio of short leg : long leg : hypotenuse = a : a√3 : 2a

in this case

short leg = 4
long leg = 4√3 (short leg times √3)
and
hypotenuse = 8 (twice of short leg)

so answer is A.
