I believe the answer is: planned parenthood v. casey

The difference is on the government power over the fetus.

In the roe v wade, the states / Federal government is banned to intervene with fetus condition on the first trimester of the development.
In planned parenthood v. casey, the states/federal government is granted the ability to intervene with the fetus within the first trimester of the development.
