Original price = $15
10% coupon = 10% x $15 = 0.10 x 15 = $1.50
Price after discount = $15 - $1.50 = $13.50
8% Tax = 8% x $15 = 0.08 x 15 = $1.20
Final Price = $15 - $1.50 + $1.20 = $14.70
Answer: $14.70
