Two roast beef wraps is $4.50 * 2 = $9.
One soup added to that is $11.25, plus the fries is $12.75.
Two coffees is $ 1.80, so your total meal cost by its self was $14.55.
Multiply that by 1.05 for tax to get $15.2775.
Multiply $14.55 by 0.15 to get $2.1825.
Add $15.2775 and $2.1825 to get $17.46.
Subtract $ 17.46 from $20 to get $2.54.

Answer:

Part A:

The most expensive item on the menu is roast beef wrap at $4.50

6% tax on it becomes:
4.50+(0.06*4.50)=4.77 dollars

15% tip on it becomes:
4.77+(0.15*4.77)=5.485 dollars

The least expensive item on the menu is coffee at $0.90

6% tax on it becomes:
0.90+(0.06*0.90)=0.954 dollars

15% tip on it becomes:
0.954+(0.15*0.954)=1.097 dollars

So, the difference between roast beef wrap and coffee cost is :

5.485-1.097=4.388 dollars nearest to $4.36

Option B is the answer.

Part B:

You and your friend ordered two roast beef wraps, one soup, one fries, and two coffees.

Total becomes:

(2*4.50)+(2.25)+(1.50)+(2*0.90)

=
9+2.25+1.50+1.8=14.55 dollars

Sales tax of 5% and 15% tip means 20% more on $14.55

14.55+(0.20*14.55)=17.46 dollars

Change you will receive =
20-17.46=2.54dollars

Option D is the answer.
