Answer: Cell mediated response

Explanation: Since its the virus infecting the cell, the immune cells involved would be those which can enter the cell to kill the pathogen. Only cytotoxic T-cells cells can enter the affected cells and kill the pathogen. In humoral response, B cells are involved but these are not present in the image.
