can freckles spread all over face from working on the sun? How Can I prevent them? will they go away?

yes it can spread, try to cover your face as much as possible

actually yes it could spread from working too long in the sun ( it happened to my family ).
to prevent them is to wear sunscreen every 2 hours and don't be in direct sunlight too much .
i suppose no not unless you go to a doctor and he will do some type of laser to get rid of them or a treatment .
