Explanation: The ACA(American counseling association) is the body that regulates the activities of counselors in America,all matters relating to the Ethical conduct of it's members are handled by the ACA Ethics committee.

The ACA Ethics committee comprise of 9 members with 2 co- chairs whose overlapping tenures, every year the president Elect appoint 3 members for a 3years term subject to confirmation by the Governing council. The ACA Ethics committee educates it's members on the ethics of the profession and also recommend review of it's standing rules and regulations.
