Answer:

y=(slope)*x+(y-intercept)

Explanation:

The m is the slope, the b is the y-intercept, & the x and y are just the values.

The slope is equal to rise/run.

The y-intercept is where the line crosses the y axis.

The y axis is vertical and the x axis is horizontal.
