Explanation:

Plot the quadrants on the graph. By doing this you are able to tell if each point is on the graph.

The first number is is x value, the second number is the y value

To plot the quadrants, take the x value and move right to left as many units as the number is, then take the y value and move up or down as many units as the number is.

Ex: (2, 8)

Move 2 over to the right, and 8 up.

Each quadrant should be on the line except for one. Plot each and determine if it is on the line.

The only quadrant that is not on the line is (-6, 8). That is your answer.
