Let the distance traveled = d

Let the time taken = t

d α t^2

d = kt^2

k = d /t^2

When d = 100 and t = 2.5secs

k = 100/ (2.5)^2

k = 16

d = 16t^2

When t = 5secs

d = 16(5)^2

d = 16 * 25

d = 400 ft
