Write the quadratic function in vertex form.

f(x) = -4x^2 - 2x -3
A) f(x) = -4(x + 2)^2 - 3
B) f(x) = -4(x + 14)^2 - 11/4
C) f(x) = -4(x + 14)^2 - 15/4
D) f(x) = -4(x + 14)^2 - 41/16

This is the answer and I think it would be (B) but maybe u forgot to put a / between 14?
