(-23 +11) – (-3 – 7)

Answer: -16

Explanation:

First do 23-11 because a positive and a negative means to subtract which then in that part you get 12. Then you have the negative sign in the middle of both of the parenthesis so you have a negative in sign which u have to then add the + in the expression. You'l then add the expression which is= -12+3-7, then subtract the 12-3= -9. Then the short expression is -9-7= -16. (keep the bigger numbers sign). The end.
