3. Could the ethnic cleansing that occured in the former Yugoslavia be considered

genocide? Use at least two examples or reasons to support your answer

Ethnic cleansing is a term in itself that's used to describe genocide. So yes. One reason is because saying a whole race needs to be ”cleansed” or in other terms killed because of their race or religion is justifying genocide. Another is that if you justify killing thousands of people even if they had not done any harm or wrong is considered genocide.
