Say no to junk food.

While we enjoy junk food like chips, popcorn, and tasty snacks, eating too much of it may have an impact on our health. Eating too much junk food can cause health problems, such as weight gain, diabetes, and liver disease. While you may enjoy that popcorn you are eating now, or whatever junk food you may be eating back-to-back, you should not eat junk food without knowing when and when not to eat it, or it can have these serious impacts on your health and well-being as a person. Junk food should never take up more than 10% of your calorie intake per day. While eating junk food may taste good, or it may just feel like you're attached to it, you should say no to junk food, for your health.

I hope this helps. :)
