You have a client who is facing the conviction for the crime of delivery of a controlled substance if he is

found guilty of his crime. Your client has been accused of selling drugs to undercover agents over a period
of one year. What rules will apply to your identification and cross-examination of the undercover witnesses?
What if law enfoucement refuses to identify the undercover agents?

Answer:

Well what i would do is asked for the evidence. If evidence is presented i would ask can those "so called undercover agents" place my client at the scene. Law enforcement is clearly hiding something if the undercover agents are not presented. And i would accuse them of false claims of Asset forfeiture if they arrested me at my place of residence.

Step-by-step explanation:

Hope this helps.
