y = 0x +6 or y = 6 if simplified

Explanation:

y=mx+b is slope intercept formula

m is the slope which we know ( 0 ) and we know the line passes through (5,6) so all we need to figure out is b

so plug it in and solve:

6 = 0(5) +b

6 = b

so 6 is b and now we know the equation

y = 0x +6 or y = 6 if simplified
