A pocket veto happens to a bill when that has been passed by Congress but devoted by the president.

Step-by-step explanation:

When the house is in session the members of the Congress has the rights to propose a bill. After that the Bill will be sponsored by one of the members. Then the members will try to gain support from the other members.

After that vote is taken among the members and then it is passed to the senate. If the bill reaches the President for signature and if he signs it becomes enrolled. If devoted to the President and it is not adjourned. Then a pocket veto happens where a pocket veto occurs and the bill dies.
