Answer : The starting skill level of the physical activities included in a personal fitness program should be determined from other individuals' fitness programs in an untrue statement. Every person starts their personal fitness journey at a different level which should be respected. A fitness test should be taken/given to determine where an individual should start their new lifestyle.
