For that we have to create hypotheses with null always = some value while alternate may be either not equal to or greater than or less than

Since here claim is that more than 19% of workers indicate that they are mildly satisfied with their job we can test the claim whether p >19%

So hypotheses would be


H_0: p = 19%\\H_a: p>19%\\

This is right tailed test for testing of a single proportion.
