∡A + ∡B = 180°

8x + 74° + 2x + 56° = 180°

10x = 180° - 130°

10x = 50°

x = 50 : 10

x = 5°

B = 2x + 56°

= 2·5° + 56°

= 10° + 56°

= 66°

Answer:

x is 5 and B is 66°

Explanation:

Since the two lines are parallel then

A + B = 180°

8x + 74 + 2x + 56 = 180

Then x is 5

Since B is 2x + 56.

Then B is 2(5)+56=66°
