It’s proportional because as the x values are added the rate of change increases
in the order of +3 +6 +9 +12.

Answer:

they are proportional

Explanation:

For x and y to be proportional, their ratio must be a constant.

y/x = 5/2 = 10/4 = 15/6 = 20/8 = 2.5

All the ratios are the same, so x and y are proportional.
