Answer:

First you need to subtract 5 from 10 and also from 5.

now you have 16.5=13.5+5c

now you subtract 13.5 from 16.5 and also from 13.5

now you have 3=5c

Now because you can divide those i think stays like a fraction

Explanation:

You subtract 10c to both sides, and subtract 16.5 to both sides. that leaves you with

-5c=-3

You divide -5 to both sides, which leaves you with c=3/5
