Next we need to identify the equation for perimeter because this is what they are asking for. Perimeter for a square is 4×Side=Perimeter or Side+Side+Side+Side=Perimeter. Now we need to find the Length of a side of the square so we can plug that value into the perimeter equation... To do this u take the 36 square feet and square it. That gives u the length of ONE side of the square... Next u plug in 6 (THE LENGTH OF THE SIDE) into the perimeter equation. So, 6+6+6+6=24. Hope it helped!
