The radius each of my car tires is 16 inches. On a recent trip they rotate 72,324 times. What distance did I travel on this trip? Give your answer in miles to one decimal place.

r=16 inches, 72,324 times, knowing the length of the circumference is

Long =D*Pi wiht D=2*radio=2*16, PI=3,1416 → Long = 2*3,1416*16=100,53 inches so Distance = 100.53inches*72,324 = 7,270,731.72inches, but 1 milla = 63360 or 1 inch =1,57828e-5 then distance = 7,270,731.72inches*1,57828e-5 millas/inches = 114.75 millas
