Total cars in the garage = 56

Number of cars which required oil change = 14

Now, Percentage of Oil Change =
\frac{\textrm{Number of Cars required oil change}}{\textrm{Total number of cars}}  * 100

=
(14)/(56)   * 100  = 25

or,Percentage of Oil Change = 25%

Hence, 25% of the total cars in the garage received oil change.
