Subject: Lack of Water Supply in my region

This is intended to bring to your notice that the water supply to the 9th Street, Professor Colony has been stopped since a few days. This has created a lot of problems in our region. People in colony are not able to go to work and perform their day-to-day chores because of this. We tried calling the customer support number but found busy all the times we tried. A lot of us are using water bottles and dirty water of pond for living. The halt of water supply has affected our live very badly.

Please look into the matter, as soon as possible.
