After examining your My Daily Food Plan, what important insights did you learn?

Answer:

I learned that everyone is different. Someone the same age, weight, and height as you might need more calories or less. It all depends on people's body's exercise level even their genetics come into account. So in a way, you should never compare how much you're eating to someone else because nobody is the same. I also learned that some people might need more of one food group than others. For example, I'm lactose intolerant which means I need more protein in my diet to stay health
