The histogram is missing, but we can define a normal distribution. In statistic, distributions are the description about how values are distributed, when we talk about a normal distribution, we refer to a symmetrical data distribution, which graph is like a bell (refer to image attached).

If we have a histogram, we can also tell if it represents a normal distribution, because the bars forms also a bell. (refer to the image).
