Slope = 2

Y-intercept = 3

Pick 2 distinct points on the line: I chose (0, 3) and (-1, 1)

Slope formula = (y2 - y1)/ (x2 - x1)

1 - 3 = -2

-1 - 0 = -1

-2/-1 = 2

Slope (m) = 2

y = mx + b

y = 2x + b

Lets use the first point: (0, 3)

y = 2(0) + 3

y = 3
