You can start your writing piece like this:

Shown in many movies where one is a hero, you must be trustworthy, willing to take chances and you need to be caring and thoughtful toward others and yourself. Without these traits you wouldn't be able to save anyone, not even yourself, even if it means saving one from the rabbit hole of their own mind.
