Its A) y=3/2x

Explanation:

-3/2x would be the exact opposite of 3/2x it would be the same line but facing the left side because its on the negative side. And the others are not the same as 3/2x.

Sorry if i could not explain that well, but I am 99% sure its A, y=3/2x
