a tank has a legal capacity of 1200 gallons . How many gallons can you put in the tank to fill it to 90% of its legal capacity. If it already has 300 gallons in it ?​

780 gallons

Explanation:

90% of 1200 is 1200 * .9 = 1080 gallons

300 gallons are already filled, so 1080-300 = 780
