The diversity of state laws and procedure creates situations that may seem unfair to many citizens. Should the federal government have more power to require greater uniformity in policy among the states/ What policies would you like to see equalizer?

No, I believe that the Federal Government should not have more power, because the power balance between the federal government and the state governments was designed so the federalist system could maintain an equal power between both governments. If the Federal Government had more power than it has today, it would not be a federalist system.

But I would like to see that the votes policies should be more equal, if all the states had equal rules about voting, democracy would reach more people equally.
