Land after 10 years = Present land area (
1+(R)/(100))^n

Land after 10 years = 16.288 acres

Explanation:

Given as ,

Present land area = 10 acres

it is increasing 5% for every 10 years

so,

Land after 10 years = present land area (
1+(R)/(100))^n

Land after 10 years = 10 acres (
1+(5)/(100))^10

= 10 (1.6288)

= 16.288 acres

Hence, land area after 10 years will be 16.288 acres Answer
