47, 48, 49

Explanation:

Consecutive numbers have a difference of 1 between them.

let n be the first number then n + 1 and n + 2 are the next 2 numbers, thus

n + n + 1 + n + 2 = 144 ← sum of 3 consecutive numbers, that is

3n + 3 = 144 ( subtract 3 from both sides )

3n = 141 ( divide both sides by 3 )

n = 47

Thus the 3 numbers are 47, 48 and 49
