Explanation:

In the 1st one, it times -1 on both, which is still the same, = 4/2

And 4 divide by 2 is equal 2. So 1st one is True.

And the 2nd one, it times -1 on the bottom side of it, which is still the same. BUT 4 divide by -2 is -2 instead of 2. So the 2nd one is False.
